All our interpreters are covered by:
- Public Liability Insurance
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Workers Compensation Insurance
CANCELLATION POLICY
When appointments are cancelled at short notice, it is often difficult for the interpreters to find a new appointment. In consideration of this, all bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the start time will incur the full cost of the booking. This 48-hour period does not include public holidays and weekends.
