The Famous Spiegeltent is transformed into an opulent 19th century Parisian boudoir for a party with Paris’ original party girl.
In the rollicking and romantic cabaret musical Songs for the Fallen, Marie Duplessis, the peasant-girl-turned-courtesan and La Traviata muse who died at 23, invites you into her intimate, candy-coloured chambers for one last wild soiree.
In an outrageous, corset-busting performance, Australian cabaret star Sheridan Harbridge channels the delectable lady of pleasure, accompanied by a live electro-baroque score by Basil Hogios.
There are songs, stories and bouffants to be reckoned with. Opera-worthy tragedy has never been such a raucous good time.
