CODE OF ETHICS
All of our interpreters are bound by the Australian Sign Language Interpreters and Translators Association (ASLITA) Code of Ethics.

CANCELLATION POLICY
When appointments are cancelled at short notice, it is often difficult for the interpreters to find a new appointment. In consideration of this, all bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the start time will incur the full cost of the booking. This 48-hour period does not include public holidays and weekends.
