A Road Trip We’ll Probably Never Actually Go On by Simon Farley
Frankie and Morgan are just a young couple trying to make sense of the world. The trouble is, the world is falling apart around them. The year is 2034 and climate change is beginning to make itself felt in the form of heatwaves and food shortages. A Road Trip We’ll Probably Never Actually Go On follows Frankie and Morgan as they flee a riotous Melbourne in an old van and embark upon a meandering journey across country Victoria. Combining satire, romantic comedy and science fiction, this devised play explores how to live (and die) well in the final days of humanity.
