The Arts Wellbeing Collective pilot program kicks off with a hands-on workshop targeted at everyone who manages people.

Team leaders, project managers, producers, technical and operations managers, HR practitioners, company managers and executives will all benefit from this practical overview. Work through a ‘how-to’ list for managing some of the most common people and culture issues in the performing arts industry; and gain the confidence to address issues of mental health as soon as possible.
