The award winning Australia Day Festival will be held in Dandenong Park, corner of Pultney and Foster streets on Thursday 26 January 2017 from 3pm to 9.30pm. This all-ages event will commence with a Welcome to Country and a Smoking Ceremony followed by a Flag Raising Ceremony and Australia Day Awards on the main stage.

The ceremony includes Mayor speech, Welcome to Country ceremony, Indigenous Smoking ceremony, Australia Day Awards ceremony, and flag raising.  It is for local residents, families with children, young adults.
