International Day of People with Disability is a United Nations observed day which aims to increase public awareness, understanding and acceptance of people with disability and celebrate their achievements and contributions.

This year the aim is to raise awareness and share the stories of people with disability in our city. Discussing the challenges faced,  informing the community what we would like to know about people with disability and celebrate achievements and contributions to our community.
