This workshop engages students with the powerful storytelling of First Nations Theatre practitioners specifically; 7 Stages of Grieving, The Visitors, and Stolen, examining how First Nations playwrights explore identity, kinship, culture, and historical contexts. Through performance-based activities, students will experiment with forms nd style, exploring their use as in challenging audiences and evoking emotional responses. Aligned with the NSW Drama Syllabus for Stages 4 – 6, this workshop will foster performance skills, critical analysis, and a deeper appreciation of First Nations perspectives in Australian theatre.
