Determined to bring the issue out of the shadows, Rosie Batty has turned her personal tragedy into a fight to help others and helped put domestic violence on the national agenda.
Rosie’s tireless work has seen her awarded the Pride of Australia’s National Courage Medal 2014 and Australian of the Year in 2015. In 2019 she was appointed an Officer of the Order of Australia.
