July New Slang welcomes electro soul purveryors SAATSUMA. Based in Melbourne, SAATSUMA is the collaborative electronic music project of Memphis Kelly and Cesar Rodrigues. Their music is driven by elements of neo-soul, hip-hop and house, drawing inspiration from the likes of Little Dragon, FKA Twigs and Flying Lotus.

Joining SAATSUMA on the night will be special guests Arbes and Franco Cozzo.

New Slang is a new monthly, live music series presented in conjunction with The Push and Arts Centre Melbourne. These intimate and exclusive events will showcase both touring and local artists to Melbourne’s all-ages audience and is co-programmed with a youth steering committee.
