Ruby may not believe in fairytales, but she certainly believes in wishes. When she is visited by Dot, a tongue-tied clown doctor, Ruby finds a way to use her greatest asset: her imagination. As the pair form an unlikely friendship, the sterile hospital room becomes a fantasy wonderland of mop monsters, pillow clouds and imaginary paper friend – a place where only a tip truck worth of chocolate mousse can crush the bedroom baddies!
