The St Kilda Film Festival returns with its biggest opening night in years!

Join us at the historic Palais Theatre in beautiful downtown St Kilda for our opening selection. This smorgasbord of sparkling shorts represents the best of hundreds of short film entries from across Australia. Expect rip-roaring comedy, powerful drama, exquisite animation, thrilling horror and magical fantasy, followed by drinks and nibbles at Encore (St Kilda Sea Baths) for our official After-Party.

It’s the perfect way to dive into our 12-day program of big screen and online filmic delights, featuring filmmakers and special guests from across Australia, plus the best short films you’ll see all year.

Doors open 6.30 pm for a 7.30 pm screening. You won’t want to miss this one.
