Alongside live demonstrations of the music, explore how this Academy Award-winning music brought Tolkien’s vast and sprawling worlds to life and became an unforgettable element of Peter Jackson’s beloved films.
From the charming Concerning Hobbits to the thrilling drama of The Bridge of Khazad-dûm and the uneasy embrace of Lothlórien, the Art of the Score and the Sydney Symphony Orchestra will take you there and back again.
This performance does not feature any screens or film footage.
Children aged 15 years and under must be accompanied at all times by an adult when attending concerts at the venue.

For the performance on Saturday 18 July at 2pm, Auslan (Australian Sign Language) interpretation is available for Deaf and hard of hearing patrons, provided by Auslan Stage Left.
