Explore how letting go, relinquishing control and self-acceptance contribute to a meaningful life in this unique live event, featuring Sarah Wilson, Hugh Mackay and Brigid Delaney.
Emotional skills: self-awareness, adaptability, resilience.
The world is full of slogans encouraging us to improve ourselves, to reach for the skies and to keep pushing harder for what we want. Yet, deep down we know that we won’t get fulfillment from external things. So why do we try so hard? Why do we fill our lives with endless busyness? Where does fulfillment come from, if it isn’t setting and achieving our personal goals? What happens when we decide to let go?
Join other curious and open-minded people as we dare to question whether following social expectations will bring us deep fulfillment. At this unique live event, we will be guided through a series of ideas and exercises designed to challenge our thinking around wellness, anxiety, self-improvement, self-acceptance and meaning.
