Natural history illustrator, Sami Bayly, loves all things weird and wonderful and has made a career out of researching and drawing them.

Sami’s extremely popular non-fiction books, including the Illustrated Encyclopaedia series and Creatures of Camouflage and Mimicry, have examined animals that are extinct, dangerous, ugly, slow, fast and more. Come meet Sami and hear more about the creatures she loves. Expect animal adaptation stories, collective noun quizzes, animal drawing tutorials and some surprises along the way.
